| Job Description : | The candidate will be based in one of our agency offices in Mumbai reporting to the Agency General Manager/Branch Manager. The principal responsibility of candidate would be to identify potential customers, create and accept challenges, lead a sales team, maintain relations with shippers/CHA's, forwarders and apply innovative methods to obtain target results. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leadership qualities and team building abilities will be the core strength of the ideal incumbent. Qualifications and Experience : The candidate should be ideally a professional degree holder with 5-7 years of sales and marketing experience in dealing with shippers/intermediaries and leading corporate especially in the Far east /Europe trade with a proven track record. Excellent communication, negotiation skills and exposure to computers are a must. The preferred age group is 27-32 years. |
